We are pleased to assist you with any returns, provided they are no later than 14 days after receiving your items.

Returns must be registered via the Return Portal. If not they will not be accepted. Please note that the items are your liability until they are safely received back at our warehouse. The items should not be used or damaged and must be returned with the original tags and packaging.

When the return has been processed and accepted, the return amount usually appears on your account within 2-7 working days, depending on your card provider.
